Burgo's is an independent, locally owned guitar showroom situated in picturesque Palmer Lake, CO. Our mission is to share our passion for guitars with our customers by offering a thoughtfully curated selection of high-quality, handmade guitars built by some of the best luthiers from around the world.

We cater to guitar players and enthusiasts who appreciate the craftsmanship, art, and science that world-class luthiers build into their instruments. What is your return policy?

IN STORE For guitars purchased in-store, we do not accept returns, however we will consider exchanges within 24 hours of purchase on a case by case basis after thorough inspection of the instrument. We are committed to providing our customers with new guitars that are in pristine condition, and we encourage scheduling as many appointments and playing as many guitars as needed so you are comfortable and thrilled with your purchase. ONLINE For guitars purchased online, we are happy to offer a hassle-free, 48-hour return window from the time of delivery. Just reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your instrument and we will authorize the return. The return must be packed/shipped back within one business day after authorization. Please be advised that return shipping costs through UPS of FedEx will be the customers responsibility. A refund will be initiated after delivery and quality inspection for the amount of the purchase price minus original shipping costs, plus a 3.5% fee to cover credit card processing.

One of the main reasons we started Burgo's was to offer a more comfortable, exploratory guitar-buying experience, and we fully appreciate and value the fact that purchasing one of these awesome guitars is a PROCESS. Appointments are all about making sure you have a great time enjoying that process at your own pace. Whether you are just dipping your toes hesitantly in the water, or ready and rearing to buy a guitar right away, we'll meet you where you are at, and make sure your appointment is exactly what YOU need it to be. You can always expect good vibes at Burgo's.
How do you care for your guitars in the shop?

All of our guitars live in our climate-controlled showroom, where we diligently monitor relative humidity and temperature to ensure each guitar is in optimal condition.
Do you offer warranties?

Warranties on all new guitars are provided by the builders, and in many cases offer an overlooked yet robust value proposition. We are well-versed in the warranty programs of every maker in our showroom, and look forward to sharing them with you.
