How do you care for your guitars in the shop?All of our guitars live in our climate-controlled showroom, where we diligently monitor relative humidity and temperature to ensure each guitar is in optimal condition.

Do you offer warranties?Warranties on all new guitars are provided by the builders, and in many cases offer an overlooked yet robust value proposition. We are well-versed in the warranty programs of every maker in our showroom, and look forward to sharing them with you.

What is your return policy?For guitars purchased in-store, we do not accept returns, however we will consider exchanges within 24 hours of purchase on a case by case basis after thorough inspection of the original instrument. We are committed to providing our customers with new guitars that are in pristine condition, and we encourage playing and demoing guitars in our showroom so you are comfortable and thrilled with your purchase.
